Leadership Team
Mayura Krishnaswamy
Mayura is a postgraduate from IIM Bangalore and holds an Engineering degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. With more than 30 years of professional experience, she has built an illustrious career across multiple sectors, consistently driving significant business growth and creating long-term value for stakeholders. Before joining Consolidated Teknics, she led the Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance functions for one of the largest business units at Wipro Limited.
She has received several accolades in recognition of her exemplary project management skills, including the Chairman’s Award for Best Project Manager. At Consolidated Teknics, Mayura serves as Managing Director and one of the Promoters, spearheading the group’s journey toward new heights with strategic vision and leadership.
Ashok Mallur
Ashok Mallur is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and Dr. Ambedkar College of Engineering, Bangalore. His journey with Consolidated began in 1986 as a Trainee Engineer immediately after graduating in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
A true go-getter by nature, Ashok has been a driving force behind the company’s progress. He has played a key role in diversifying the business into new product lines, and his entrepreneurial mindset and never-say-die attitude have helped transform the company from its humble beginnings into one of the most sought-after distributors in South India.
As a Director and Key Promoter, Ashok’s role extends beyond traditional business management to include strategic decision-making, fostering innovation, nurturing key partnerships, shaping corporate governance, driving sustainability, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Aditya Mallur
Aditya Mallur holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the University of Warwick, UK, and a Degree in Chemical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.
He began his career as a software professional with Accenture Plc after completing his engineering degree. After a brief stint in IT consulting, he joined Consolidated Teknics as a Sales Engineer. Following his postgraduate studies, Aditya returned with sharpened strategic insight, strengthening the company’s marketing focus.
Since 2020, he has been an integral part of the Consolidated Group’s growth story and currently leads the company’s Sales and Marketing function. His ability to achieve customer delight has been acknowledged by several client organizations.
